  • Any and all identifiable personal information you provide when participating in our research will be collected, retained, and disclosed in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), depending on which applies.
  • When taking part in Mustel Group market research, you voluntarily consent to the use of the information you provide (including surveys, focus groups, and other forms of marketing and social research).
  • The information you provide will be used strictly for research purposes.
  • We will protect the information you provide with appropriate safeguards and security measures.
  • Unless otherwise specified, the responses provided in any of our research studies are reported in aggregate form only (meaning individual responses are combined with others) and all personal identifiers are removed.
  • All data collected during the course of our research is collected using Canadian software and stored on Canadian servers.
