A hallmark of Evi’s expertise is high-level, “big picture” analysis and creativity in finding novel approaches and efficient research solutions. Evi has extensive experience conducting research in virtually every sector of business and has specialized expertise in public affairs, customer satisfaction, communications, advertising, retail, and product testing research. As a highly respected researcher in our community, Evi has addressed large groups about research topics and appears regularly on television and radio to provide insight into the issues of the day. She is a member of the Board of Trade, BCAMA and the MRIA. A true sports enthusiast, Evi is passionate about skiing and mountain biking — she loves nothing more than finding out-of-the way places to test her skills.
A strategic thinker with a degree in HR management and a background in operations management, Josh has over a decade of experience delivering customized market research solutions for a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors. In his role as general manager, he oversees daily business operations and is responsible for the performance management of Mustel Group’s 70+ staff. He also functions as the company’s key change agent, ensuring Mustel Group stays ahead of industry and technology trends, and is constantly looking for ways to improve the systems and processes that have enabled the organization to deliver actionable insights via an exceptional client experience for over 35 years.
Jami heads the firm’s transportation practice, working with government bodies, academics, associations and top planners in BC and internationally. Widely experienced in research methods and topics, she also serves industry and public sector clients in researching new concepts/products, awareness and usage, image, attitude and communications tracking. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin (B.A. Sociology), Jami is a Certified Marketing Research Professional (CMRP) and a member of the MRIA (Canada) and MRA (US).
Originally from Montreal, Phil came to Vancouver in 1993 and joined the Mustel Group in 1998. Although many do not believe Phil when he says that music and market research share common ground – he argues that both involve mathematics, a meticulous attention to detail and a strong teamwork ethic. Phil provides just that in his role as Project Manager.
Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies from McGill University.
