For quantitative web surveys Mustel Group uses our proprietary Giving Opinions online panel—unique in being entirely randomly recruited by telephone (accessing both households with landlines and with cell lines only). If necessary for low incidence groups, we augment Mustel Group’s randomly recruited Giving Opinions panel with panelists from large, reliable panel suppliers who select at random from known databases (e.g., very large loyalty program participants such as Air Miles or e-Rewards), not from opt-in, self-selected methods.
